    If you have a problem with salmon flavor, try skinning it and then blackening it Cajun style. Pref king, more oils. Throw it on a caesar salad or something. Most people like it this way. You can cut out the fat line this way also.

    Nice, I don hunt up that valley, but I hear they have an excellent population of birds and good access. Stuff the bird with a nice venison sausage stuffing. Roast it in a bag. Serve it with the breast meat. Crockpot the rest to get the meat off for soup and enchiladas.

    Dude, we were be run over by jakes this year also. The tom's were hung up with the hens and not leaving them for a second. Every time we set up the jakes would come in as soon as they thought it was safe.
