Jay, you really get around. I liked your video. That sequence you show (above) also includes turning the camera around showing the white Pick Up parked in plain sight, in the middle of the road, behind you. That, and the end zone dance by Fred.
Drop in at Huntmaters, when you get a chance. LB
UPDATE:
Both these guys made our little hunt & social, a week ago. Got along very well, and are planning a hunt in February, together. Rich will add Vic to his Masters Video, in progress. It should be something to see.
As Martha would say: "It's a good thing"
Good hunting. LB
I am just returned from a great weekend with the best bunch of guys you would ever want to share a hunting camp with.
We had Vic Carlson, Tim Behle, Norm (stormin) Johnson, Bruce Kennedy, Rich Higgins, and my old high school chum, Danny Batastini.
One of the topics, around the campfire, (of...
Danny, disagree with your assessment.
First. when hunting at night, (as we both do), AND when you have a light in their face, they don't see ANY movement.
Perhaps a little noise, like the subtle sound of a bolt closing, is about it?
Second. Do what you can to get them to come in...
That's very kind of you to say so, Vic. Leonard's Magic Mist is a damned hard concept to explain, for some reason?
Bruce, at our little event: don't leave your drink unattended, boys will be boys. LB
Okay, whatever. I'd still ask him for a date, Rich. Get him in that video.
Seriously. I'm thinking you two would make a hell of a team. Ever heard about those "hunt contests"?
Good hunting. LB
I know, Richie.
But you're older, and you should know better.
When he baits you; he just wants your attention. So, give it to him. Is that so hard?
Stroke his ego, ask advice, charm the pants off of him.
Good hunting. LB
This subject was talked about last night in chat, and I had to come in here and check it out.
Both of you guys should be friends, and friendlier, as you are both friends of mine.
Good hunting. LB
