I would love to tell you that it was on purpose not showing the back half, but the truth is that it is very hard to photograph fish when you are solo. It's just the best I could do as it was too big to try and hold completely up with one hand and take a pic with the other. :)
Those are pretty cool and definitely lightweight. However I would be stressed over getting a hook stuck in it or having some type of submerged timber or rock gouging a hole in it.

Yes for sure. This one was caught on a 1/8 oz marabou jig. I do use other lures and fly fish as well. It just depends on what I think the fish will hit.
After work I went fishing for 3.5 hours. I caught this nice rainbow on the first cast and then nothing. I guess if you are only going to catch one fish, this is the one to catch. :)
