MO Paddlefish Fun
We took our kids on a short fishing trip for spring break. I’ve always wanted to catch a paddlefish and now we have! I paid a guide service for 2 mornings of fishing and luckily the weather cooperated. My boys had a blast reeling in fish that are bigger than them!- nontyp

SB 80 Eliminating NR LO & Tenant Permits
SB 80 was introduced by the KS Livestock Association. We are just going to watch this one and probably submit neutral testimony. This will likely be a contentious bill if/when it gets a hearing. -
HB 2097- WIHA/Habitat Bill
HB 2097 is in committee and we are awaiting a hearing date. This bill would provide an income tax credit for landowners that have land enrolled in an access program, and enrolled in a qualified habitat program. -

Kansas CWD
I knew CWD was spreading in KS, but this graphic doesn’t paint a great picture for the future. KS’ current CWD testing program is not great, and they test a very low percentage of the overall harvest. I will probably start testing all of my deer moving forward.- nontyp

Nevada FCFS Virtually Dead for NRs
