Youth Hunt unit 17, NM
Trying to get my son his first buck. Headed to unit 17. Its a 3 weekend hunt, I have one area I have scouted and going to first. Its a big unit just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. Thank you.- juschillin23

Unit 17 New Mexico
I'm hoping this unit is a good unit. My son got drawn for unit 17 youth hunt at the end of Nov. I got drawn there for the archery Jan. hunt. Anyone else been to this unit? If so any pointers or advice to share? Anything will be appreciated.- juschillin23

Got drawn for 16e archery hunt. Never hunted this unit before so hopefully I can get some feed back as to what to expect from this unit. I see there is alot of private land. For this hunt this is a DIY public hunt. Any help would be appreciated.- juschillin23
