    Picatinny rail or reg bases for mark v and vx6 scope?

    I got a weatherby mark v 257 mag and I want to mount my leupold vx6 3-18×44 to it. This being my first scope mount I'm not sure to go with a picatinny rail or regular mounts and weaver style rings? Any suggestions on which way to go? Thanks

    Whats your shower setup?

    Protection in bear country

    I'm curious after watching a fresh tracks and Randy mentioned he did not carry a pistol do to tendon injury, does anybody else just carry bear spray and no pistol? And why?
