Plate ‘em up
Made some barbacoa…braised some beef cheeks w/ onions, Guajillo chiles, ancho Chiles, arbol Chiles, bay leaves, and a head of garlic. All night at 175. Made a sauce w the peppers, onions, garlic, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, n rendered beef tallow from braising it.- JV842

2026 controlled hunts
I’m not going to be able to hunt much do to my recent back surgery…so won’t be able to put I for the early hunts Will be putting in for the later ones for me n my grandkids. I would like to put in for my usuals for points but it would be just my luck I get drawn for pronghorn n can’t go!! -
