    Sheep burger- suet or other binder?

    Had sheep burgers last night, was good. My I took the front shoulders and scraps to the shop down the street. They added 10% beef fat. I think a little more would be better. Pork fat would be interesting.

    As a non-resident you need to be one of the lucky non-residents, and also one of the lucky (res and non-res) applicants on the unit you put in for. Tough to do, but I am sure glad my pal put in last year. :)

    Despite the odds, how many Sheep Tags have you Drawn or Won in your Life?

    None. But I have one waiting for me. I have max points on desert sheep in Utah, pretty much a guarantee any unit with 2 or more tags. My drew son Cali sheep resident Idaho on first try, 1/50 odds.
