This is the one I use. I only use half the red pepper flake that it calls for. And I adjust once it's cooked down for final taste. I substitute the lemon juice with citric acid on everything I can. I can't notice the citric acid. I also don't add the brown sugar until the sauce is as thick...- buckbull

The one on the left provides an opportunity to put a roof over the containers. I didnt plan on putting a roof on mine but water sitting on the low spots was giving me worry. A benefit of a roof over the container is the additional dry storage it provides.- buckbull

I highly recommend pouring footing for the 4 corners of the container. I hung a lean to off mine to keep my farm equipment under shelter. Still need to sheet it with tin- buckbull
