    At least now you’ll be able to say (and type) what you REALLY think! Congratulations and thanks for the work. Like everyone else I am often frustrated, sometimes annoyed, and often jealous of FS employees, but I love the FS. Absolutely a wonderful place to have worked, even if it’s just seasonally.

    Yes without being difficult.. you’re about 40 years too late in that country. I don’t think it was ever ideal elk hunting but it was a lot better than it is now, due to a combination of habitat changes, climate conditions, predators, and karma.

    I’m sure we’ll hear more, but yes you can ask a court to rule on an issue before there is a controversy (I.e. ticket) if the possibility of prosecution is doing harm. What was needed was a strong statement or declaration of legal status. I think we got that yesterday.
