    Todays the big day ! Surgery ....

    On my right shoulder to re-attach two muscles and fix a tear in another tendon , plus fix the Labrum . I tore them loose in November and this has been a very painful three months . Not being able to sleep is torture . Six months of rehab in my future . Wish me luck ....
