Late spring bear hunting
What elevation are you guys typically looking for bears right now in sw montana? I took a hike Saturday to about 7600'. I was starting to hit some knee high snow so I figured I was too high. Seen lots of animals including some just born mountain goat kids but zero bear sign.- Spedray
