Hunters that care get their deer tested for cwd, serious hunters want to know how old their buck is, serious hunters don’t gaf about how old the forky is that they just shot.
I don’t have the data but I think they aged 450ish bucks out of the maybe 52000ish bucks that were harvested during that time period, and it was voluntary.
