    2026 college football 🏈 thread , cuz @jimh406 said so …………

I did think GA looked like the more complete team, Bama is a pretty young team with a lot of potential. I don’t like when refs play a part in any game

Time to retire the Buck 110

Buck will put you a new blade in it for about $10 and send it back all polished up. My brother has one of the new ones in a drop point, much stronger tip and improved steel. I have a Benchmade steep country I’m pretty fond of and an argali if you want one of the ultra lights. I still prefer a...

Weatherby Ammo vs Hendershots or similar in 6.5 RPM

I’ve heard good things about hendershots but never used them. If you know the rifle is the one you want it may be worth it to use one of the load development services.

What would you do? One weekend of hunting mediocre Washington scabland mule deer or one weekend of scouting for elk for a solid bull tag in Montana?

Having not hunted mule deer I don’t think I’d pass up the opportunity, even a subpar one

308 cal bullet recommendation for bison?

Ryan on the vortex podcast has a story about shooting a bison with that 130 ttsx load, sounds like it was a one and done. I’ve been pretty happy with the performance on deer within its range capability. I have one 308 that really like that 130 and another that I shoot 165 accubonds in. I...

    Monthly budget

Pretty much the only way most people can financially justify a new vehicle (especially at the prices now) is to hold onto it. Statistically most people don’t and end up in a constant cycle of negative equity. Average is 6-7 years, about the financing term then they’re signing up for another...

    Monthly budget

First, congrats on the progress! It really is eye opening as you see it happen with your money. I agree, I lIke reading a good hunting story as much as anybody but I think I’ve learned way more non hunting stuff on here. I didn’t read all the posts but make sure you have an emergency fund (at...
