These guys aren’t turning their tags back in days before season or even durning season. The tag has to be postmarked or dropped off at a state park office at least 30 days prior to the season opener for a normal return. Medical reasons can be returned within the 30 days of season opener.- ridn9high

Colorado Opportunity Elk
With the PP point code going away and the only way to accumulate a point is by applying for a unit and not drawing it. There will be a ton of guys having to apply now. Last year, 80k NR applied for just an elk point and 73k NR for a deer point.- ridn9high
