I have a split plastic which I love and dont understand all the hate above. Mine is 9 years old 15k+ miles still looks amazing and give me so much air flow flexibility. fall bear in area with agriculture or acorns/chestnuts mass crops can be exceptional meat, swampy or dark timber bears is a dice roll (100% my opinion). i have had some bears taste exactly like they smell so you may be able to form idea as your working hide, when in doubt heavy seasoned snack...- ccc23454

On topic i thought i would add a review of a couple pair of Born Primative lite 2.0s i got to try about a month ago. Honestly really impressed with about a month of wear on the 2 pairs. How big of freezer for a Buffalo
I just re-read this and missed before previous response, short reply you HAVE TO DEBONE after a day in a walk in freezer the meat will still be warm. Those massive bones hold so much heat its crazy. The biggest possible chest freezer that fits in your truck is the one to take! Meat is what it but if not formed for your freezer will take up excess room and then there's the hide, its big it's heavy and has to be taken care of to prevent slippage.
