should be taxed on the value of the property at sell time
im my dad still lives in the house he bought 30 years ago for 50,000.00. he never sold it he should pay taxes on the 50,000, if he sells it for 400,000.00 the new guy gets the tax burden,

last winter i sold all of mine for 100.00 a lb. and then reinvested in grand and vvn565, couldnt see keeping it since it was unobtanium , no need developing loads in other rifles and then cant buy it ever again, an 8lber last some guys forever,

the kawi is a 2024, had 10 miles on it, brand new, 3995 out the door price, ive been all over chasing bears and elk sheds, been on some tuff as trails that my tw would only climb in 1st gear, this thing chugs in 2nd gear easy, im pretty impressed, and i ride to work 15 miles ea way
