    Plantar fascitis, question.

    Well I had it for years and all the stretches, boots, and physical therapy was a waste of time. Finally had to have surgery and they said the way the ligament or whatever was attached it would’ve never been fixed by all the stretching. Been 10 yrs and all is still good now

    NAPF coming to Casper on May 9

    I was definitely looking forwards to it , but totally understandable to cancel if the numbers don’t make sense. Count me in for next year. And I think Casper is a good place to hold it. Only 9 1/2hr drive for me and maybe do some fishing too
