    my cow hunt starts in a few weeks,and so far at least the southern part of my unit isnt on fire yet.hopefully they will have things in better shape in a couple of weeks im hoping,,but wouldnt be surprised if they went to full closure with the fires.

    the toy up rack{steel} is only 300lbs,,the 11' toy up ramps are aluminum at about 40 lbs each,,im tryin to go as light as posible,but when you load up for a big hunting trip,it seems like everything adds up pretty fast,,the bed of the truck im sure will be packed with plenty of "stuff", coolers ,ect

    ive got about 10000 to 10500 on the truck fully loaded, with 600 lb trailer Tonge weight,gvrw is 8800,,trailer is aluminum so it fully loaded is around 5000,im problably over by a bit,have have seen alot way more overloaded than that,,my concern is going up some of the off angled forest roads...

    cp 4 pumps are bad,,either add the disaster prevention kit or replace the whole pump to the new pump that they make to replace the cp 4,,not made for american diesel lube standards.

    only thing ive seen on ford 6 speeds is that its hard to seal up the tranny pan for some reason they tend to develop pan gasket leaks often.
