    Quality rings should not have burrs. If you can feel with your fingernail get a 1 inch or 30mm dowel rod, wrap with very fine grit emery paper and polish till the burrs are gone.

    I can't remember exactly for WY, but one can apply for 2 any antelope tags and 2 doe-fawn tags. One can choose to apply for both on one app or 1 on each of 2 apps. So if I apply for 2 any lope on one app and am drawn 150th I will get the 2 tags.

    I guess if one is still unsure then maybe. Also one can compare with pics on the Hammer website. Fortunately Hammer sells sample packs. Personally I wouldn't feel slighted about it, but others may.
