The loss of my father
Sorry for you loss. My father died 25 years ago. Hunting/fishing was a major bonding experience for me when I was growing up. I still do alot of reflecting whenever I am in the woods thinking about him.- Jorgy

Just FYI if you only watch news from 1 source, ICE is not driving around and targeting criminals. They have been going door to door looking for brown people and arresting them if they don't have "papers" I have 2 family members who are volunteering to pick up people at the Whipple building and...- Jorgy

Canning quality
My mom taught me how to water bath meat for canning. I did it that way until Al Gore invented the internet. Then I learned you aren't supposed to do that, and I haven't since. Never had a problem, but not pressing my luck either. I can parts of deer most years. I've tried using it so many...- Jorgy

When I see a hit like that, I always think back to when I was young and I could get back up shake it off. Maybe sore the next day, but nothing bad. I'm 56 now, if I sleep wrong my back is sore for days.- Jorgy

Unit 1 Colorado Elk
I have hunted cow elk there a few times, and deer once, but it's been 10 years since the last time. Love that area. Is the swinging bridge still there for access?
