    215.2 January 3rd... visible abs still there but fading quickly... I have no weight number in mind but I do really want to focus my cardio fitness a lot more and my strength a lot more.... And hopefully make it thru a year without a surgery...last ten years have been a B. BIGGER STRONGER...
