Worth every dime. I had mine built during covid. I bought all of the parts that I wanted for my 7mm mag build. My gunsmith assembled it and it is exactly what I had imagined. It weighs 9lbs and is crazy accurate It shoots 1/2 to 3/4 MOA all day long. I have taken 2 bull elk with it one at 315...
No points antelope points. I want to rifle hunt. Eastern Colorado is ok with me. I may need to do a guided hunt on private. I'm not looking for a BC buck, just a good mature representation. Don't get me wrong I'll take a big buck! Are there any guide services that come highly recommended??
I am wanting to do an antelope hunt in Colorado in 2026. I am a non-resident. I have had luck drawing elk tags for the past several years. What units should I look at? Do I need a guide service?

I'm looking for a Remington 700 in 6.8 SPC. A complete rifle, barreled action or just an action. Wanting for a winter project gun.
Thanks in advance

I love my tikka. They have the best action around. Mine is in 300WM and it is a shooter. I don't think that you can go wrong with a Tikka. So much aftermarket support.
I finally finished my encore. Last year Illinois allowed us to hunt with strait walled cases. So I bought a 45-70 barrel and the build began. It shoots awesome, and kicks pretty good for such a light gun. I had a muzzle brake installed, cerakote black graphite applied and had the stocks dipped...
My 700 is 8lbs scoped. My encores with the magnum barrels are at least that. The magnum barrel is 4 lbs alone. With the longer barrels they tend to get barrel forward heavy. Not to mention they feel like they are long
