    If you're talking about the area south of Crawford that is outstanding elk habitat. If you have access and the wx comes in, the elk will move to the lower ground west of 92. If wx is good think about Crystal Creek 713 rd near Bellmire Ridge, east of Cathedral Pk., I think that's unit 63. All that is good aspen habitat east of 92. Good luck!!

    Have fun. It's hard work but very rewarding. Hunt hard stay persistent and have patience.

    I'm thinking of selling my Optima 50 cal elk setup for CO, and all loads/accessories. I'll be in the Buena Vista area often this summer. I have enough Hornady FBP bullets, 777 powder and primers to last a few years. Gun is sighted in w these 300 gr copper bullets @ 125 yds, has fiber optic ghost ring sights. Not looking to profit, just pass it along to someone who will hunt w it.
