I’m about 99% certain I know where you’re talking about. The type 1 tags this year did have an increase but it’s because last year they reduced the numbers by a LOT. How Much Does Barrel Threading and Compensator Install Change Zero?
Did it group consistently? Chopping the barrel and adding a brake is going to induce some change in the barrel harmonics and recoil management. I’d treat it as a brand new rifle. If the grouping is all over the place that’s a different conversation. -

Oh my bad, no it’s not a true preference. Blackbeard was right the number of points on the left number of applicants center and successful applicants right. I’m not sure if they cube those points or not. They’re called preference points but they run like a bonus point.- ZBB
