    Hi all, I moved to Casper, WY last September. Unfortunately, I can’t put in for the resident draw this year because I haven’t hit my 1 year mark. What can I expect come September as far as general/left over tags? Any chance I can get a cow tag to fill the freezer? Thanks in advance.
