New Mexico Unit 45 Mule Deer Nov.7-11
Has anyone hunted this unit? I understand the weather is a crap shoot in Nov. Any advice would be appreciated. If all you have is a wise-ass comment keep it to yourself. Thanks -

Unit 10 wyoming deer thunder basis grasslands
You might want to try Unit 101 as well. It usually takes 10 points to draw but its all based on last years numbers. You might get lucky. -

I'd say the numbers are pretty darn accurate. If anything they are low based on hunters that just didn't report a kill. I hunt Unit 80-83 in Wyoming and it's not rated real high but I've seen a couple of really good muleys. -

Hey guys I drew a Unit 45 mule deer tag. I’ve been looking at the northern part of the unit with elevation between 6-7k feet. On the BLM and Carson around Truchas. Anyone got any good advice? I’ve heard that close in to Santa Fe in the foothills is supposed to be good. Thanks-WARDO
