Haven't proved anything... you say probability, which is not certainty. Unless there is a physical corner, with a documented survey on how that corner is set, the basis of which it's set, everyone is just assuming its where it is and guessing whether I actually stepped on private or not. Short...
How do they prove exactly where I was.... innocent until proven guilty. I have a gps that show's I'm crossing at the corner with no intent on trespassing, what do they have? The landowner's calibrated memory of a property line that isn't physically marked and where I was standing? Fat chance...
In my experience bowhunting early August, a good majority of the bucks are still kind of bachelored up. Not sure that decoying would be a super effective tactic. I generally find that they respond a little better after about labor day. I have no experience in NV, but plenty in other states...

Eshelman's next move will likely be to attempt to land swap taking the prime parcels and leaving the general public with the scraps.... I would bet that a bunch of land owners will look to consolidate the prime acreage and still permit to utilize the public ground for livestock...

Losing public access on the east side would be a huge loss for hunters, if you think this is a good trade you've obviously never spent much time out there...Buzz is 100% spot on. Even keeping it the same with no corner crossing would be more of a win than the land swap...
