Go with the 11 unless it simply has too much room for your foot to move front to rear easily. I'd change out the factory insoles and put in some Superfeet as well. The extra space, if not too much, will allow movement of your toes and allow for better circulation
Looks nifty. I use the same standard bino harness you use (not a crooked horn though) and they do get very "springy" and swing away from the body when you have to move quickly. Have you looked at the Badlands bino system?

The .338 Win Mag is alive and well. The new wildcat cartridges just seem to get a lot of press but the .338 WM is very much still in high demand and will never go out of style in my opinion.
