    Lazer Eye Surgery

I had it done a 18 months ago and love it. The only thing is it's only to help you see at a distance, it doesn't or they can't help you with up close stuff. Check it out but I'm pretty sure that is how it works, but I'm no Doc. The TLC center that I went to gives free exams for your initial...

    New bow

I have shot Mathews for years and think they are great. My best friend and hunting partner shoots Hoyts and just bought a new Vectrix and thinks it kicks butt. Best thing to do is shoot a bunch and buy the one that feels the best in your hand and shoots for you. Also agree with A-con that...

Is gas prices affecting your decision to hunt ?

Kind of, I went out and bought a 4x4 Suzuki sidekick for my day hunts and short trips were I'm not pulling a camper. It get's 25 mpg and gets around pretty good. So I hunt just as much but it doesn't cost me as much as it use to. I also drive 25 miles one way to work so it gets double duty...

My wife drew her cow tag. It'll be her first elk hunt and she'll be about 6 months pregnant to boot. Looks like I'll be the pack mule on that hunt. schelmster

I second what Muley Crazy said. It's tough and doesn't weigh much, had one for a couple of years and haven't destroyed it yet. schelmster

    Hail of a Storm!!!

Just got the settlement from my hail storm six weeks ago. For the siding, windows and new metal roof the bill was $48,100. Now I have to wait for the roofers and siding people to get to me. Sure hope when this is all said and done that I don't get "dropped". schelmster

    Hows the "Fat Off" doing??

cardio, good fat, bad I need to drop at least 15 so that when I pack in for my deer hunt I won't fall over at 8000 ft and wish I hunted river whites instead of timber line muleys. schelmster

    Anyone ever find a.....

This year coming home from my deer hunt I saw a group of antelope that had two bucks in it. They both had already lost one side of there horns and when they went under the fence (at a high rate of speed) they both pulled there remain horn off on the fence. So to answer your question, yes two...
