    Kind of, I went out and bought a 4x4 Suzuki sidekick for my day hunts and short trips were I'm not pulling a camper. It get's 25 mpg and gets around pretty good. So I hunt just as much but it doesn't cost me as much as it use to. I also drive 25 miles one way to work so it gets double duty...

    Hail of a Storm!!!

    Just got the settlement from my hail storm six weeks ago. For the siding, windows and new metal roof the bill was $48,100. Now I have to wait for the roofers and siding people to get to me. Sure hope when this is all said and done that I don't get "dropped". schelmster

    I would have held off beings it was early in the season. I'm sure you'll run into a toad up there a little later on. On another note my brother-in-law Ed got a 6x4 with eye guards that was about 22" wide or so. Just talked to him on the phone about the hunt and haven't got to see the buck...

    Looking at the Boone & Crockett trophy watch site, they calling it a piebald deer also. Good forks lenghts, can't see his spread and it would be one cool mount, I'd probably have to give him one from my 300 SAUM. schelmster
