    I have Kuiu Attack and Tiburon pants. The hip zip is about 8" long on both sides. I live in western Colorado where climbing 1000'-200' vertical feet or more is common during a hunt and I'm a sweat hog. For 'active' hunting situations it's extremely helpful.

    If the pant doesn't have hip zips I'm not buying it. They really extend the temperature range of use.

    I have only two T3's but I'm thinking hard about a .243. The current rifles are 30.06 and .223. I have the same scopes and mounts on both and use the .223 for fun shooting and coyotes, I burn a lot of rounds through it. My idea is that with having them set up the same I get tons of practice...
