bighorn neck meat uses?
I typically will braise neck meat from any wild game and then shred it for either tacos, nachos, or pulled/shredded bbq sandwiches. I change my braising liquid depending on what the end result is going to be. Hank Shaw has a really good braised taco recipe I like.- Okbow87

If it is about herd health, they need to do OTC with caps by DAU. Letting thousands of people buy OTC tags and then having no idea when or where they are hunting doesn't really lend itself to quality herd management. It's almost as ridiculous as Montana allowing everybody and their dog to hunt... -
