Uses: mainly Midwest whitetail, but planning a MT elk hunt next year, bow, mid Sept. Went to Sportsman’s today and tried on some Crispis. Size 11, somewhat wide feet. Exploring some options. With the appropriate base layers, would the Stratus jacket paired with the Fanatic bibs be warm enough for stand sits below 25 degrees? The other day I was able to fiddle around with three Superlites: .243 6.5 with a 24” barrell .270 All felt nice. That bolt is smooth compared to the others I also played with, a Vanguard, Savage, a Bergara, one Christensen Arms, and a Browning just cause they were there. Ammo was nil for .243... -

That’s awesome. Born and raised in Missoula, then moved to the Midwest and have been here ever since. I haven’t been back to Montana in 20+ years. I do miss the wide open space, the small town ambience. Thinkin about doing that “Come home to hunt” license and goin back. -
