Solo hunting advice
Man this has been a great thread as I am looking to do my first backcountry elk hunt this year in Co. It will be my first trip out west to hunt elk and with a bow. I have killed many NE muleys and whitetail but elk has always been on my bucket list. I am going to travel out west over the summer... -

We definitely have plenty of turkeys around here that’s for sure. I have done a couple river duck hunts and definitely a good time. Grew up a upland game hunter never really got into waterfowl very hard -

New elk hunter help
I am also putting in the work for my 1st elk OTC archery hunt this year. Finding a units is hard and trying to filter through the data is even worse but have some units in mind. I plan on trying to take the family on a vaca to CO 😁 this year to “hike around” -
