Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?
Sold all my rentals and flips whether they were finished or not during the peak of the Realestate craziness. Waiting for the bottom to finish falling out and then I’ll reinvest the money I’m sitting on- lowpressure

another: Picking my 1st Muzzleloader.
Killed a good bull with a cva mr-x this season. 2” groups at 100 with Williams front/rear sights. I still kill deer with my old hawkins with round balls but prefer the bigger conicals for elk.- lowpressure
