    Fish Cookin'

    You have 2 choices. 1. slow cook the carp in the oven with with a couple strips of bacon and fresh herbs and lemon. Onions and garlic to taste. 2. Grill on the BBQ the same way as if you were baking it. Hope these help. That is one healthy carp you landed. ;) ;)

    I know there are 4 types of Moose. The shirrah moose is the only one that I know that is in some parts of Utah and Colorado. Can you please tell what the other names are and where they are located at and which is the biggest. I am just curious.

    What is your favorite upland game?

    For me it is Chukar. When you are hunting them you have to throw your hat and raise your shotgun at the same time. This is a real rush. Then would come pheasant, quail,and doves. Have gone duck and goose hunting with no luck YET. Will keep you posted.
