Hunterman You are probably right. I grew up in FL and there was always plenty of water with a 1 to 2. And people are always fishing all the time. I guess that is way I hate to go fishing. LOL ;) :eek:

You have 2 choices.
1. slow cook the carp in the oven with with a couple strips of bacon and fresh herbs and lemon. Onions and garlic to taste.
2. Grill on the BBQ the same way as if you were baking it.

I know there are 4 types of Moose. The shirrah moose is the only one that I know that is in some parts of Utah and Colorado. Can you please tell what the other names are and where they are located at and which is the biggest. I am just curious.
For me it is Chukar. When you are hunting them you have to throw your hat and raise your shotgun at the same time. This is a real rush. Then would come pheasant, quail,and doves. Have gone duck and goose hunting with no luck YET. Will keep you posted.
