New to ML hunting
CO guy here, so open sight and full diameter bullets. I set up a cva optima with peep and good globe sight this year. My current set up is easily good to 200, and I can pretty consistently ring a 6” steel plate off sticks at 250yds. Pretty good set up without blowing a ton of $.- KU_Geo

I don’t know why you guys have got to call me out like that! So MAYBE it was the wifey who got me the tag 🙂. And then yesterday she comes home and hands me a phone number of a guy that spent the last 3 weeks in the unit chasing bulls during archery. -

Chainsaw trophy care
Was just in the NWT, guide & wrangler did in fact use a chain saw to cut the skull plate off my ram and caribou once back at our horse camp. Talk about nerve wracking! But the 17yr old wrangler said he had done 75, maybe over 100 of them before with a chainsaw. I in fact do not doubt that he...- KU_Geo
