Deer - lets see em

I shot this 30 inch buck in 1987in the Texas Panhandle. I had hunted this deer for 3 years I found his shed the first year, he had more bone that year. The second year he was still a better buck but had broken most of his left beam off so I passed on him.

Muleys New Mexico Unit 45

I drew a Mule deer tag for mid November unit 45 New Mexico. I am fairly familiar with the high country but am thinking I should concentrate on lower elevations for species and time of year I will be hunting. Any thoughts advice would be greatly appreciated.
