The song, the story, and the man Gordon Lightfoot himself have always intrigued me... it doesn't get much better than this.
I have 3 Mathews Switchback XT's that were made from 2006 - 2008. I shoot and hunt with all three of them, which are rigged out identically except for different sight set ups. I have actually tried newer bows, but these old icons just work better for me and have never let me down or caused me to...
It was my first ever mule deer hunt and my first big game hunt west of the Mississippi. Kurt certainly deserved the buck more than I did, but I had great help and this one didn't get away. Lord knows I have plenty of stories of the ones that did!

I worked for 4 years in Africa where I did the safari thing pretty big. Worked in Alaska and Montana last year.

I'm not a huge contributor here, and I don't have waterfowl opportunities, but I do have a nice bowhunting only ranch in west Texas that's loaded with turkeys and axis deer if you get a cravin' to experience that.

Ok guys, I have my flight, vehicle rental and lodging covered for April & May. I was fortunate to secure a beautiful home on a huge lake 8 minutes from my work.
We are very excited about spending some time in the Last Frontier.
