Continental Divide Trail - Public easement when it crosses private?
Sounds like in a checker board hunting unit I would need to clarify with the game warden that I could use the CDT to cross private land to access public pieces. Thanks for the info- INJones

Doing some e-scouting and noticed the CDT runs through some of the units I was scouting in WY. Is the CDT public access/easement when it crosses private land in WY? My google search wasn't good enough to give me a clear answer. Scott- INJones

Wyoming unit 129 cow elk tags
Spoke with Erika, the biologist for the region. Spent most of my time on antelope since that is my primary animal to hunt. She said there are elk in the grassland area but not alot. Thought it would be a pretty slim chance of finding one. Thought of the "Dumb and Dumber" quote. Looks like... -

Joined BHA last week and still waiting for everything to process. Noticed the closest chapters are in the Great Lakes Region if I recall correctly. I would be interested. Would need more info on membership and demographics before I would have any thoughts chapters etc.- INJones

Put in the Wyoming pronghorn applications for myself and my son tonight. This will be our first DIY western trip for both of us and my son's first out of state trip. Stumbled on Randy's videos and got the bug. It seems silly to me but I actually had butterflies putting in the applications...
