    I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to park on the interstate, but not specifically a hunting violation. That being said, there are people parked on the interstate every day of hunting season between Helena and Great Falls and I’ve never seen anyone get in trouble for it.

    When I’ve done venison pastrami, I’ve smoked to 145 and then steamed in the oven to final temp. The crust breaks down some but it’s kept the meat pretty moist.
