I said “Yes, that’s the only unit I was able to hunt in “.
Kinda weird how they knew what unit I had but then asked what unit I killed it in.
I see your point based off the “data” from the chart but I view it as a management issue that has nothing to do with the amount of NR tags. If they managed the regions properly it would not be an issue. They could eliminate every NR tag and those regions would still suffer from mismanagement.

I agree with your statements. Math is math. I have a bad taste in my mouth being denied the opportunity to apply for a tag that I’d like to get for no reason other than keeping odds more favorable.
