WY 2024: My first Pronghorn buck in the bag. We covered 26 miles in 3 days and only saw 2 bucks, thankfully I passed on the day 1 yearling and found this guy on day 3.
I've seen no scarcity of pronghorn during my time in WY. You might have to battle with private property boundaries here and there but you should have no issue finding herds on public. Let me know if you need any tips/have additional questions.
That was also a concern of mine with ID. The harvest reports I'm reading show far more bears killed over bait than on foot. Is that simply because more people prefer to run bait or is it more of a necessity to really find them?
