SE Montana winter kill
The deer around our place are doing "ok" since one of the neighbors didn't fence off his hay stack and the deer have been doing a fine job of eating it all. Bow Hiking in Arizona Coues territory
Spent last week with my brother and a buddy hunting Southern Arizona chasing javelina and coues deer. Saw lots of deer, a few bucks... but dang are those things flighty! You guys that are able to connect with them year in and year out with a bow gotta be some of the best bowhunters out there...- double_a85

I was reminded by my younger brother that about 8-10 years ago we harvested deer in the Ashland area. When going through the check station they asked to keep the heads... can any of you help me in remembering if this was for CWD testing or something else? Upper Breaks are a mess
I was up there Sept 22nd trying to fill my bighorn ewe tag... The following Monday it took me 2 hours of heavy pressure washing to get the pickup clean... the Kenetreks still have a little mud on them.- double_a85

Nosler BT for Elk?
My family and I have killed a lot of elk with the .270 150 grain ballistic tips. I don't reload them super hot, though. Never lost an animal with shots from 100 to 400 yards.- double_a85
