My brother harvested a thick old NM muley back in 2020. The taxidermist must have used a small(ish) whitetail form, bc the shoulder mount does not do his buck justice
Thats really interesting about the falcon tagging along...did it ever show interest in the flushing birds? I assume a falcon needs to be airborne and strike from above to get up to speed, or are they able to hunt from a low perch?
Ever experienced anything like that before?

If your bino harness has a magnetic closure, it can/will interfere with your phone compass or regular compass as well. (Or your buddies stuff if he / she has a magnetic closure)
Then u wind up doing the whole waving phone around in a figure 8 to reset / correct it.
