    Did you get a pass through? I've shoot two deer with a .350 Legend and neither passed through, so very little blood. I kinda wish I had bought a 450 BushMaster, but maybe I just need to change bullets.

    Preference points only for me this year. I burned my 13 Elk points last year. I will have 14 deer points next year and will be looking to burn those. If anyone has suggestions on units I would love to hear. I'm just starting to research.

    Good luck. Elk hunting is way different than whitetail hunting in the Midwest, but every year people go out west for the first time and are successful. Keep the wind in your face.

    Good luck if you draw unit 76. Hopefully you draw. I wish I was in your position with points, but I was in no mans land and would never catch 76. I burned my points on 66. Just looking for a fun hunt with an opportunity at any bull.
