Silencers, barrel length and cartridges
How do you like the scythe on the .300 WSM? I have a Tikka t3x stainless in that caliber that I’m planning on having cut to 20”, threads would be 1/2x28 due to the thinner barrel. Trying to determine what suppressor I want and also the best mounting solution.- bklotthor

Anyone know if tikka will ever make a shorter t3x with a threaded barrel? A simple 20” factory threaded barrel would be great. -

I am not sure as I did not score him yet. I would guess right around 300 but I’m also not the best at judging size. -

That's basically what our conclusion was as well. On the morning of the 24th we found what we think was an area with a hot cow as there was a herd bull and three satellites bugling and responding to a breeding sequence type of setup. -

It was pretty wild. Everything was perfect about the stalk, steady cross wind, bull looking the opposite direction, our location being above his, and it had just showered about an hour before which helped with noise.
