    My best guess is that they landed on a 99 year lease to avoid some of the same things that held up the Stafford Ferry CE.     I went the last couple of years it was at Rosenblatt and haven’t been since it moved. That atmosphere around Rosenblatt was pretty special with everyone having parties in their yards, Starsky’s bar, etc. I remember being in an old church that they had turned into a bar and had a band playing in.
