I have a similar employee. His kid has been suspended 8 times in 2 years for fighting, its always someone else's fault, wife was arrested, not her fault, dog bit someone, not the dog's fault.........- Bigjay73

Planning with chronic injuries
Didn't read through all of the comments, but can you opt for knee replacement? Changed my life tremendously. My back has been effed for 20 years, I just work around it and do all I can.- Bigjay73

Planning with chronic injuries
The stories of having to hike 20 miles in to kill animals is way overblown. Go with friends, find easy to get to spots that are overlooked, and you can still hunt. Get into antelope hunting, that can be some easy going at times.- Bigjay73
